It\u2019s part of our nature-connected food culture.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"568\" data-end=\"758\">Freezing is an effective method of preservation \u2013 but its impact on food depends greatly on how it\u2019s done. Home freezing and industrial quick freezing produce quite different results.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"765\" data-end=\"818\"><strong data-start=\"769\" data-end=\"818\"><br \/>\nWhat\u2019s the difference between freezing and quick freezing?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"820\" data-end=\"1012\">The quality of freezing is influenced by temperature, speed, and uniformity.
