Our mission<\/h4>\n
LaFroza is a brand powered by a small but experienced and determined team based in Tartu. Our goal is to bring people high-quality frozen berries, fruits, vegetables, as well as organic and freeze-dried products that make good ingredients accessible even outside their natural season.<\/div>\n

Our assortment is among the most diverse in Estonia: cleaned, chopped, and ready-to-use products save time and are suitable for home cooks, busy consumers, health-conscious eaters, restaurants, and the food industry. The selection includes local seasonal harvests, organic products, freeze-dried fruits, and international brands that share our values. We believe freezing is the best way to preserve the natural qualities of food and ensure access to the best flavors all year round.<\/p>\n

We also believe that every good product starts with strong partnerships \u2013 collaboration with reliable producers and conscious decisions based on quality, transparency, and sustainability. We are not a large anonymous factory, but a small and flexible team involved in every step of the process \u2013 from storage to blog posts.
