Our assortment is among the most diverse in Estonia: cleaned, chopped, and ready-to-use products save time and are suitable for home cooks, busy consumers, health-conscious eaters, restaurants, and the food industry. The selection includes local seasonal harvests, organic products, freeze-dried fruits, and international brands that share our values. We believe freezing is the best way to preserve the natural qualities of food and ensure access to the best flavors all year round.

LaFroza – a name that evokes the power of cold and freshness – combines the purity of nature with modern freezing technology, offering consumers high-quality and reliable food products for every season. The LaFroza brand also includes two product lines: LaFroza Bio and LaFroza Dry.

LaFroza BIO
LaFroza Bio products are organically certified and sourced from producers who adhere to strict environmental and quality standards. The range includes berries, vegetables, and fruits grown without the use of synthetic pesticides or fertilizers.

LaFroza DRY
The LaFroza Dry range features freeze-dried fruits that have a long shelf life yet taste as if freshly picked.
Freeze-drying, or lyophilization, takes place at low temperatures in a vacuum chamber – moisture is slowly removed without the use of heat. This method is so effective that no preservatives or colorants need to be added to the fruit. What remains is a light and crunchy fruit that retains its natural flavor, texture, and nutrients. When in contact with liquid, the fruit becomes soft again, just like its fresh counterpart.
It is well suited for yogurt, baked goods or their decoration, and also simply as a snack straight from the jar.
