Passionata “Stone Oven” Pizza with Salami

WHEAT FLOUR, water, tomato pulp (11%), pork and beef salami (9%) (pork, pork fat, beef, salt, dextrose, spices [contain CELERY, MUSTARD], antioxidants: sodium ascorbate (E301), rosemary extracts (E392); spice extracts, preservative: sodium nitrite (E250), starter cultures), EDAM CHEESE (9%), modified starch, sugar, yeast, WHEAT pre-dough (DURUM WHEAT FLOUR, WHEAT FLOUR, BARLEY MALT FLOUR, yeast, acerola powder), salt, inactive yeast (contains BARLEY and WHEAT GLUTEN), spices, WHEAT GLUTEN, natural oregano flavouring, flour treatment agent: ascorbic acid. May contain: SOYA, CELERY, EGGS, MUSTARD.

Before baking, remove all packaging materials and place the frozen pizza in a preheated oven at a temperature between 180ºC and 200ºC. Bake for about 12 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the pizza has turned golden brown. Please note that these instructions are general and may need adjustment depending on your appliance.

Keep the product frozen to ensure the best quality. Do not refreeze after defrosting. At –6ºC the product keeps for 1 week, at –12ºC for 1 month, and at –18ºC or below until the “Best before” date indicated on the package.
